Orders can be canceled without penalty if requested before the item has been shipped.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure processing before shipment.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If your order is already in transit, you may refuse delivery when it arrives. A restocking fee of 10% will apply.
Once delivered, orders follow our return policy. Please see our Return & Exchange section for details.
Custom-made or engraved watches cannot be canceled after production has begun, regardless of shipment status.

Orders that have entered the manufacturing process cannot be canceled. This includes custom configurations and limited edition pieces.
